It has an adjustable temperature control and twenty minute timer. The contact grill design cooks food evenly. and the thermostat controlled ready light indicates when grill is ready. It is easy to clean with a non-stick coated cooking plate for easy clean up. The grill channels carry run-off grease and fat into separate tray for a healthy option.
